My name is Linda Jones I am a Certified Life Coach committed to providing you with the best possible services. My focus is with families and helping women reach their goals. I provide one on one coaching experience.  There was a survey found that women make up more than half the clientele of professionals. Life coaching has become part of a fast-growing profession

  I began my career as a life coach to empower individuals and give them a fresh start in life and a new beginning.
  I am highly trained as a generalist and can coach superbly on any aspect of life. How ever I have chosen to specialize in
  Relationships, Motivation, and time Management and Balance, Spirituality and Personal growth and family and more.       
 

  I can help you to connect your mind to your heart in a way that transforms your passion and dreams into action for your life. I have a Vision to help people. Through this vision I gain so much satisfaction watching my clients change and start to believe in themselves. The transformation is awesome to see individuals learn to take control of their lives and to be able to move forward with their goals in life.  

  Through my coaching it has changed my life in a very positive way. I am able to be more focused in life changes so now I can give back to the world. I am in a happier place in my own life, this experience has made me more committed to individuals in guiding them to a happier place in their life. I have also had ongoing training and in addition to my training I have completed workshops and continue to train. My goal is to help individuals grab a hold of hope and step out of their comfort zones and see all that the future holds for them. How is Coaching different from Therapy?
 

Require a 24 hour notice to cancel all sessions. Please be sure to contact me if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged for the session. 

How long do people generally work with a Life Coach? 

To experience the effectiveness of a life coaching program, I suggest clients make an initial three-month commitment. At the end of the three months, we will evaluate progress and discuss options for continued coaching. 

Is personal life coaching confidential? 

What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others. However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes. The privilege of confidentiality that exists for the clergy, therapists and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals. With that said, life coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.
